MISSION STATEMENT

THE MISSION OF JOURNEYS HOLISTIC THERAPY GROUP IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY THERAPEUTIC SERVICES IN THE SOUTHERN MARYLAND AREA.  OUR GOAL IS TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SELF AWARENESS, EMPOWERMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THEIR OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE.  WE ARE COMMITTED TO MAINTAINING A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF ALL PERSONS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS.

Traditional psychotherapy for treatment of life issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, communication difficulties, parenting and self esteem.

 
Individual Hypnotherapy

This process is a treatment intervention combining the power of hypnosis and therapeutic understanding, which allows for deeper self-awareness and development of insight necessary for resolution and true healing.
